DAY 1 / Istanbul (Old City)
Welcome to Istanbul. You will be transferred to your hotel and the remainder of the day is yours, free to explore.. Overnight Istanbul.

DAY 2 / Istanbul and Cappadocia
Today you are free to explore this exotic city that spans east and west before boarding your flight to Cappadocia. Overnight Cappadocia (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 3 / Cappadocia (Uchisar, Pasabag, Underground city, Pasabag)
This morning you have the option of a sunrise hot air ballon ride over the spectacular landscape of Cappadocia. After Breakfast you will enjoy a fully guided tour of Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys and Uchisar. Overnight Cappadocia (Includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

DAY 4 / Cappadocia (Soganli Valley and Kaymakli)
Today we trek through the widly beautiful Soganli Valley, explore Kaymakli underground city and visit ancient Sinasos and the old greel village of Mustafapasa.. Overnight Cappadocia (Includes Breakfast and Lunch).

DAY 5 / Cappadocia, Zeugma and Gaziantep
Early morning departure today for Gaziantep, where we will see the superb roman mosaics of Zeugma in the archeological museum. Along the way we will visit Gumusler Monastery and Yesemek .Overnight Gaziantep (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 6 / Sanliurfa (City of Zeugma)
Today we drive to the ancient city of Sanliurfa, home of Abraham. On the way we will visit remains of the ancient roman city of Zeugma by rivere Euphrates. Overnight Sanliurfa (Includes Breakfast)..

DAY 7 / Kahta (City of Prophets)
Discover the "City of Prophets" as we visit Abrahams caves, the pool of sacred carp and the busty colourful silk bazaar before visiting nearby Harran to see the incredible beehive houses. In the afternoon we drive yo Kahta with a brief stop at Ataturk dam, third largest in the world.. Overnight Kahta (Includes Breakfast and Dinner).

DAY 8 / Adiyaman (Mount Nemrut)
Today we will be an experience to remember as we visit Mt Nemrut and the mountain top sanctuary of Antiochus I at sunrise, before continuining to Mardin, overlooking the vast plains of Mesopotamia. Overnight Mardin (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 9 / Mardin (Cephe and old town Midyat)
This morning we tour Mardin and it's Arabic style houses decorated with intricate carvings before continuing on to Hasankeyf to visit the cliff top roman ruins of ancient Cephe and the old town of Midyat. After lunch by the Tigris River we depart to Tatvan.. Overnight Tatvan (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 10 / Van (Akdamar Island)
We depart from Tatvan and enjoy a beautiful lakeside drive to Van where we will take a ferry to Akdamar Island and visit the 10th century church of Holly Cross. Overnight Van (Includes Breakfast and Dinner).

DAY 11 / Dogubeyazit (Ishak Pasa Palace)
Today we drive the ancient "Silk Road" Dogubeyazit. Located at the foothill of Mt Ararat, the highest of Mt Ararat, the highest mountain in Anatolia and where Noah's Ark is thought to have landed. We also tour Ihsak Pasa Palace and visit the remains of Eski Beyazid, an ancient Urartian city before continuing on to Kars... Overnight Kars (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 12 / Kars (Ani Cathedral and Kars Castle)
An early morning departure to the medieval City of Ani close to the Turkish American Border. We also have a chance to visit the impressive Kars Castle and surrounding ancient churches. Overnight Kars (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 13 / Erzurum (Medrese and Ethnographic Museum)
Today we drive southwest to the scenic heights of Erzurum. On the way we will visit A 12th century Medrese, the Mausoleums and enjoy the ethnographic museum.. Overnight Erzurum (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 14 / Trabzon (Sumela Monastery)
We will enjoy a scenic drive towards the historic city of Trabzon. Today via Karaca cave before visiting the breathtaking Byzantine Monastery of Sumela. Overnight Trabzon (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 15 / Trabzon to Istanbul
Today we tour the historic city of Trabzon (Old Trapezus or Trebizonde) Old Kingdom of Comnenos. Flight back to Istanbul. Overnight Istanbul (Includes Breakfast).

DAY 16 / Istanbul
After Breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our new friends before being transferred to the airpot for your outbound flight (Includes Breakfast).
